at Mount Baker

We had quite a day up at Mount Baker Ski Area in late December. Bruce was home from the Air Force. Genny's brother Uncle Bill came to visit. Emma, Bruce, Bill, and David went up to Mount Baker, our "local" ski area.

We met up with a bunch of friends up at Mt. Baker, including Bruce's high school friends Jim Ray and Josh, as well as Josh's brother Mat and his dad Dave. It's just that type of place.

Emma had a great day. It was her first trip up to Baker since she was 4 or 5. She's skiing "blue" (intermediate) runs now and kept up with Bruce and Dad. Uncle Bill had a great day too, but even Emma was waiting for him at the bottom of each run by the end of the day.
